Responsibilities:
Operations Supervision & Administrative Management
· Coordinate all warehouse activities (receiving, shipping, storage, order picking) across departments;
· Plan and manage inbound and outbound transportation flows;
· Optimize warehouse layout, storage areas, pallet capacity, and manage priorities and volumes;
· Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards (risks, incidents) and implement preventive and corrective programs;
· Manage departmental operational budgets and participate in purchasing activities;
· Optimize the use of resources and equipment.
Inventory Management
· Implement and maintain cycle count programs; oversee and validate annual inventory processes;
· Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions;
· Ensure data accuracy within the ERP system;
· Contribute to the optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Performance & Continuous Improvement
· Establish and analyze operational KPIs (productivity, inventory accuracy, service level, receiving/shipping efficiency, etc.) and implement corrective actions when needed;
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, cost reduction, process optimization);
· Standardize, document, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Team Management
· Train, coach, and supervise employees while monitoring individual performance;
· Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Compétences / Qualifications
·5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics;
·Strong knowledge of ERP systems (WMS is an asset);
·Knowledge of Lean principles (5S, continuous improvement);
·Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations;
·Strong leadership and excellent organizational skills;
·Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
