Responsibilities:
Comprehensive management of the recruitment cycle
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
Collaborating on workforce planning and defining desired profiles
Participating in the development of innovative talent acquisition strategies
Contributing to HR projects related to attraction, retention, and employer branding
All other related HR tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (SME or manufacturing environment: an asset)
Bilingualism (an asset: several applicants speak English)
Confortable with computer and différents plateforms (Lever, etc.)
Skills / Competencies:
Strong customer service skills, both for candidates and managers
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize
Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity
Rigorous, efficient, and detail-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Positive and professional attitude, open-mindedness, and curiosity
Comfortable in a growing and changing environment
