We are currently hiring for the night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).

Responsibilities:

Set up machinery according to the requirements of each production order
Measure sample products to ensure bags meet order specifications
Verify the quality and compliance of finished products at every stage of production
Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs on equipment
Troubleshoot equipment in case of malfunctions
Complete production and quality reports
Inspect and verify the quality of produced materials
Perform any other related tasks as required by operations

Required profile:

Professional Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
High school diploma or equivalent;
Basic mechanical skills;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Physical strength (able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs);
Basic math skills.
Skills and Personal Qualities:
Reliable, diligent, motivated, and hard-working;
Attention to detail and precision;
Team spirit.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Manual dexterity required;
Ability to stand for long periods;
Alternating between sitting, standing, and walking depending on the task;
