We are currently looking for a bag machine operator available to work either way in the evening (15h à 23h) or at night (23h à 7ham).

Responsibilities:
- Operate bag-making machines and supply equipment with the appropriate materials
- Set up machinery according to the requirements of each production order
- Measure sample products to ensure bags meet order specifications
- Verify the quality and compliance of finished products at every stage of production
- Detect defects in bags, identify root causes, and resolve issues
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment in case of malfunctions
- Complete production and quality reports
- Inspect and verify the quality of produced materials
- Relay relevant information about ongoing production to the next team
- Explain completed tasks and key instructions to the next machine operator
- Perform any other related tasks as required by operations
Required profile:
- Professional Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical strength (able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs)
- Basic math skills
- Spoken and written proficiency in French or English
- Skills and Personal Qualities:
- Reliable, diligent, motivated, and hard-working
- Attention to detail and precision
- Team spirit
- Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Manual dexterity required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Alternating between sitting, standing, and walking depending on the task
