Annabelle Thibault – Quality and Innovation Director 

Annabelle has played a pivotal role in enhancing Faspac’s commitment to quality and innovation. Her passion for continuous improvement has led to substantial advances in our processes, ensuring that we always meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. In her role, Annabelle is also responsible for ensuring Faspac maintains and respects our BRCGS AA+ grade, a testament to our stringent standards in quality and safety. Annabelle’s new role as Quality and Innovation Director is a testament to her dedication to excellence, and her skill in transforming innovative ideas into impactful results. We look forward to seeing how her leadership will shape our future. 

Marc Lessard – Technical Director 

Marc’s technical expertise and strategic thinking have been invaluable to Faspac. With 25 years of experience at the company, he has developed a deep understanding of our operations and culture. His practical knowledge and hands-on approach have strengthened our technical capabilities, providing a solid foundation for growth and efficiency. As Technical Director, Marc will continue to be a driving force behind our pre-production operations, ensuring that our standards remain high. We’re confident that Marc’s leadership will keep Faspac at the forefront of technical excellence in our industry. 

Roxanne Polidoro – Human Resources Director 

Roxanne has shown exceptional leadership in managing our most valuable asset—our people. Her commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace has transformed our HR practices and culture. In her new role as Human Resources Director, Roxanne will further develop strategies that ensure a strong, engaged, and motivated team, guiding Faspac in its continued growth. Lesly St-Victor – Supply Chain Director 

Lesly’s expertise in logistics has been a cornerstone of Faspac’s operational efficiency. As Supply Chain Director, Lesly will continue to enhance our logistics operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
